PRICE POLICY:We promise to be the lowest price you will find. If you find it lower somewhere else, just call us!SHIPPING CHARGES:All orders are default shipped UPS Ground per the table below for non-oversized items. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

WARRANTIES:All of our products are new first quality items and carry the manufacturer’s full warranty.

BILLING:Your total bill will include shipping costs plus a 2% insurance/handling fee. Sales tax is not charged to customers outside of the state of California.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:All cancellations will result in a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs to return the product. There are no exceptions.

EXCHANGES:Should you order an incorrect item, you may exchange it. There is a restocking fee of 20% plus re-shipping charges. Prior arrangements must be made for all returns and exchanges. Please call 619-442-2500 M-F 9-6pm PST or Sat 10-2pm for assistance.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING:We accept MasterCard and Visa. Non-foreign orders may also send in a Money order or Cashiers Check. We will also accept a personal check, however, we must allow time for it to clear prior to shipping any merchandise. STANDARD SHIPPING:UPS Ground orders should be received in 5 to 10 week days or sooner. If an item is on backorder (not immediately available) we will notify you. All credit card purchases are verified for your protection. Operators are available M-F 10-6pm PST or Sat 10-2pm PST.

INSPECTION OF GOODS:All bike kits must be inspected and reported to Performance Choppers within 48 hours of shipment for missing/defective pieces. Failure to do this will result in no replacement of missing/defective part. Sorry for the inconvenience.

BACKORDERS:

Backordered items will automatically be canceled after 30 days unless the customer notifies us of their intentions to stay on backorder, and they will be billed in order to keep the item reserved on backorder. Backorders are filled first when the items do become available.

When ordering by E-mail or fax, please include the following:

  • Complete shipping address (no abbreviations, please).
  • Home and work telephone number.
  • Year / make / model of bike.
  • Quantity / order # / description / price of products ordered.
  • Credit card number, billing address, and telephone number for credit card verification.

Foreign credit cards require a period of 3 days minimum to verify. All orders are shipped using UPS unless otherwise specified. We do not engage in illegal or unethical practices, so please don’t ask us to do so.
